Ready to apply for the Level 5 Diploma?

There are two parts to the application process.

First, you’ll need to download and complete the Level 5 Application Document. Once you’ve finished it, you’ll use the submission form further down this page to upload it to us.

Step 1 – Download your application document

Important: The file will save directly to your computer’s Downloads folder. Once downloaded, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Downloads folder and open the application form.

2. Complete all of the questions in the application form.

3. Save your completed application using the file name: [Your Name] – Level 5 Application

4. Your completed application is now ready to upload in Step 2.

Step 2 - Submit your completed application

When your application document is ready, scroll down to the Application Submission Form below.

Complete your contact details and attach your finished Level 5 Application Document when prompted.

Once you submit the form, your application will be sent to us and we’ll be in touch about the next stage.
